用 途:
ZGX系列高速洗漿機(jī)對廢紙制漿中的油墨粒子，填料等細(xì)小雜質(zhì)有極高的脫除率，可廣泛用于廢舊新聞紙?jiān)偕鷿{，廢舊帳薄
紙?jiān)偕鷿{，混合辦公廢紙?jiān)偕鷿{等漿料的洗滌與濃縮.
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
漿料濃縮與洗滌能耗低。設(shè)備緊湊，占地面積小。
全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，清潔而且噪音小，換網(wǎng)簡便易行，無需支架。灰份去除率高達(dá)95%，使白度顯著提高。
脫水率高，進(jìn)漿濃度為0.8%~1.2%，而按不同廢紙?jiān)铣鰸{濃度在10%~15% 帶有網(wǎng)布自動(dòng)糾偏功能
Application:
The high speed pulp wahser can remove the fine impurities such as ink
particles and fillings, etc in recycle-fiber pulp efficiently. It is widelyused
as a washer & thickener for the deinking pulping process of ONP, SWL, MOW,
and etc.
Design Features:
Low power consumption in thickening and washing pulp. Compact structure
design and less space requirement. Low noise with the enclosed structure; easy
to clean and simply to change the fabric;
High ash removal, maximum to 95%. Brightness can be approved
significantly.
High dewatering efficiency;The pulp can be thickened from 0.8~1.2% to 10~ 15%
according to different kinds of recovered paper. Equipped with the
auto-correction system of wire, it helps in more smooth operation.
