中濃漂白系統(tǒng)/ M.C.Bleaching System
用 途:
用于制漿造紙行業(yè)中濃漂白工段中，中濃泵、中濃混合器充分混合后的漿料在漂白塔內(nèi)經(jīng)過(guò)一定的漂白時(shí)間，由塔體頂部排出該塔一般用于廢紙漿的漂白，
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
塔體采用錐體結(jié)構(gòu)，防止?jié){料產(chǎn)生架橋現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。
特殊設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，保證漿料能夠均勻地下降肩利于漿料漂白時(shí)間一致。底部稀釋功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了高濃漂白，低濃輸送的功通，使工藝簡(jiǎn)單。
Application:
The upfow medium consistency bleaching tower is used in M. C. bleaching
section of stockpreparation process. After fully mixed by M. C pump and M. C
mixer, the stock remains tobe bleached in the tower for a certain of bleaching
period and then fows out of tower fromoutlet at the top of tower. It is common
used for the bleaching of recovered paper fber.
Design Features:
Slender shape with shuts in both ends makes it easy for stock to rise and
prevents stock from detaining Baffe devices in the tower makes uniform
distribution of stock
Steel tame structure, good rigidity, and easy to install Parts contacted with
pulp are made by stainless steel. It extends service life with corrosion
resisting.
