ZGM系列偏心進(jìn)料高濃磨漿機(jī)/ ZGM Series Eccentric Feed H.C. Refiner
用途：
我司新研發(fā)的新型高濃磨漿機(jī)。適用于各類原生漿和廢紙漿的高濃磨漿。也可在不同工藝流程中用于稻草、麥草、麥秸稈、木片、竹片等原料的制漿，是一種創(chuàng)新型的高濃磨。
性能特點(diǎn):
本設(shè)備除具備高濃磨漿機(jī)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，由于進(jìn)料形式的改進(jìn)進(jìn)一步降低了高濃磨漿設(shè)備的能耗。
特殊的進(jìn)料結(jié)構(gòu)增大了磨區(qū)面積，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)壓力進(jìn)料。明顯減小高濃磨的軸向載荷和旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)力。大大的降低磨漿能耗和延長(zhǎng)了軸承壽命。
固定磨片上進(jìn)料孔邊由深變淺的弧形凹槽過(guò)渡區(qū)可使體積較大的原料易于進(jìn)入平面磨漿區(qū)，因此偏心進(jìn)料高濃磨一方面不會(huì)造成原料在破碎分絲區(qū)被擠成料餅堵在平面磨區(qū)前;同時(shí)進(jìn)料螺旋對(duì)原料也無(wú)需強(qiáng)力推擠，原料可順著進(jìn)料孔邊弧形凹槽過(guò)渡區(qū)自然進(jìn)入平面磨漿區(qū)，從而使動(dòng)盤主軸的軸向載荷和旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力明顯減少進(jìn)一步降低了能耗。
Application:
The new type eccentric inlet high consistency refiner is used to all kind of
virgin pulp and waste paper pulp. it can be used to rice straw, wheat straw,wood
sheet and bamboo sheet for making-paper as well in different process design. It
is one innovation-type refiner.
Feature:
Adopting the advantages of H.C. refiner and development of inlet structure,
it realizes to further reduce down the energy consump- tion of the machine.
The special design of fixed disc will make the fiber material easily enters
into the flat refining area, it will avoid the jams in front of refining area;
Furthermore, the fiber material can flow to refining area without external
pushing by inlet screw, which enhances to reduce down the residence from axial
load and rotation of main shaft of driving disc, so as to reduce down the power
consumption. The special feeding structure is increase the refining area and
feeding without pressure, and also reduce the shaft loading and rotating power
of refiner.
Low consumption and increase the service life of the bearing.
